It's a bit like that but in that case nobody would care certainly not the millionaire. There wouldn't be a post mortem on tv and in every newspaper about why he dropped the fiver, especially when he should be entitled to never drop a fiver. There wouldn't be a whole nation disappointed because everyone's been playing songs for weeks about how he was going to take the fiver home with him but alas he's dropped it down the drain like every other time.
