The Punk Austin thing I'd very interesting.

They've been hinting at it for beards now, but I'm just not sure Austin would be up for it. Can he still have a good match I mean?

The build up would be great of course. But it'd be a shame if the match let it down.

If it ever happens.

His knee would, literally this time, explode.

He's good for the odd stunner here or there but at a spectacle like Mania, i doubt he could pull it off now.

He had reconstructive surgery on his knee a few months back. It's the reason he never appeared on the 1000th RAW, because he was on crutches at the time. His knee will be stronger after the surgery though. Maybe he got his knee fixed so that he might be able to wrestle one more match some day.

The speculation is that Punk would do anything for a match with Austin, and Austin isn't opposed to a match either, but he wants any return/one off match to be the centre piece, and not a side issue. WM29 is already stacked with Rock probably facing Cena in a rematch, and Brock vs HHH in another rematch. They're the two heavily rumoured main matches for WM29. Austin doesn't want to share the spotlight with Rock and Brock. Can't say I blame him either. WM30 is obviously going to be a mega event, and if Austin returned there, it would be his first match in 11 years.

It was his job though. Something that ran in his family and he owed his living too. He got f'd over by his boss in his home town, his own brother died because of the company too. I don't blame him for being pissed off

I wrote that just before i went to bed last night and was gonna expand on it more but couldn't be bothered so just left that quote as it was to see what people thought because its a comment i've read a few times about Bret and Montreal.

I think if Owen hadn't died Bret would have returned a lot earlier but instead it just made thinsg 10 times worse.

I don't disagree with what James said but by that token you'd think that a guy whose whole life was the wrestling business would realise that what Vince done was exactly that : business.

If WWE want to spice it up abit, they should make Miz Face imo, he has the abilities and the likeability with some good catchphrases etc...

...he is abit wasted at the moment, constantly losing and making a fool of himself, when a year or two ago he was headlining wrestlemania, wwe champion etc...

While I agree a Miz face turn would be good lets not forget he is still Intercontinental Champ, which is about his level to be honest.
