2 main events at Summerslam with screw finishes is poor form....Cena should have just put Rollins over clean....BS finishes and old guys refusing to put young talent over is why WCW is no longer.....Taker Lesnar finish was just cheap, made no sense & spoiled what was a better than expected match....

Really good Raw to follow up though...

I very very very much doubt Cena refused to put Rollins over clean, rather he just did what he was told to do by his bosses.

At times Cena may well use his stroke backstage (as he should) but the majority of times it's not him being selfish but him being booked to win those matches, a million miles away from the crap that killed WCW.

And to follow @Seamus Colemole 's point

It was Taker who wanted Brock to break the streak. It was all Taker. Brock didn't even want it.

The ending at Summerslam made perfect sense. Made the scores tied and kept Brock looking strong ready for deciding match.

Yeah, i think i said at the time it was a good idea but they just executed it poorly. There's nothing wrong with screwy finishes if it helps the storyline along, which in this case it did.

They went for the double turn with Taker/Lesnar. It almost worked too, and it's a hard trick to pull off at the best of times.

Given how over with the fans Undertaker has been for... well, a decade now as a face, it was nigh on impossible, but I think they did a decent job of it.

They have booked Taker very heelish in this feud....but at this stage in Takers career its absolutely pointless to even try turn him heel....think its necessary for this feud to protect Lesnar

Speaking of turning someone heel....they really have to turn Reigns heel real soon....he's needs a total revamp if they want him to become a top guy....

I don't think it's necessarily pointless; indeed, I think the reason Taker is carrying on is to embrace the challenge of actually making people boo him at this point, which would be next to impossible you'd think.

Not only that, a heel Taker potential puts over the next massive face at 'Mania, you never know.

Wouldn't be surprised in the slightest to see Taker go over Lesnar in a Hell in the Cell match in a pure heel manner. Perhaps a Heyman turn?

I think its a joint decision between Vince & Cena.....and Vince rarely opts to put new young talent over clean against established guys (which explains why the WrestleMania card is full of part timers these days)...Rollins could be a top guy on the WrestleMania card, but he's needs to be booked stronger, right now he may as well just be the intercontinental champ....

I agree to an extent on Rollins. He reminds me of when Jericho won the unified titles years back.

Never convincing but scraping by yet keeping the belt or belts!

I think it's actually a decent way to get him 'in'.

Wonder what they're going to do with the U.S. Title now. It was doing ok as the Cena challenge thing. Actually made it interesting.

Yeah maybe.....certainly a Taker heel turn is one way of getting to a Sting vs Taker WrestleMania match....don't see the heyman turn though...
Lesnar hates talking, and insisted on them bringing Heyman back as his mouthpiece, they ain't getting split up...

Yeah can see the similarities with Jericho's reign too...although I think Rollins has more potential to a top guy....wwe missed the boat with Punk, hope they don't do the same with Seth....unfortunately for him, its hard to see them bringing in Sting a second time to lose again....seems unbelievable, but wondering if they're actually considering giving Sting a title win....
