I might watch that Backlash tomorrow as the promo for that match looked immense!

I watched No Mercy 2003 today. It's a bit crap but the utter drama of the Vince vs Steph match is great.

Has Vince ever had a bad match?!

Enjoyed all of it.

The main event is ridiculous but I loved all the McMahon family stuff.

I'd seen Big Show as Hogan before but didn't know it was this PPV so that was a nice shock.

Forgot Essa Rios existed too.

Jericho and Chris Ben-O-Wit was ace.

Great great PPV.

ha, had forgotten about that. a lot of the PPV main events were ace that year, they just had the build up, even if pretty much all of them involved either the rock or triple h. this is why i haven't watched wrestling for about a decade, they're worlds apart. the contrast in audience noise plays a big factor as well. even a boss game of football played in front of 1000 fans will seem meh to me.

You do still get great crowds but only in certain cities sadly.

When Punk wrestled in Chicago it was great.

As for Raw.....weird booking again...

Orton vs Rollins was painfully dumb (wasn't Rollins gimmick that he was the brains of the shield?)......and only Orton can turn babyface, and then proceed with a 20 minute heel beat down....

Taker vs Wyatt......wtf was that all about?....have now lost all interest in that feud....

Sting's promo....nice voice by the way.....so the deal is, Sting failed to save WCW, and is so determined that HHH won't destroy WWE that he's waited just 14 years to stop him.....14 years!, good man yourself.....ironically, if Sting really didn't want WWE to die the same way WCW did, his first action would be to advice them not to book main events with washed up has-beens....nevermind though....

Rusev vs Cena.....i fast forwarded past every bit of that, so have no idea if that match is official yet...
