Ah right, I thought I hadn't seen it on the TV guide lately.
Raw was always bigger than Smackdown wasn't it? I used to prefer the latter, though. Looked cooler and they had Rey Mysterio (when I watched it at least).

It was on last night in the UK, in its regular Friday night timeslot on Sky.
It moved to Thursdays in the U.S. but still airs in the same Friday night slot in the UK on Sky, a day after it airs in the U.S.

Smackdown was definitely better than Raw in the early to mid 2000's. Seems like all their energy goes to Raw these days.

I really hope they don't waste Takers likely last WM match on Bray Wyatt. He's just a smelly hippy in a crap shirt, would be a huge anti climax for me.
Personally i'd leave it till next year now and have Taker VS Cena, thats a fitting opponent for his last match. No point worrying about him putting anyone over, those days are gone, and Cena won't be hurt by the loss.

Not a terrible idea.
I like Bray but if they wanted him against Taker last year would have been better. Bray has lost his way a little now. Seems a pointless match.

If Bray beats him then so what? He's beaten an old man who lost last year. And if he loses to him, he lost to an old man who lost last year and hid for 11 months.
If the streak was still going, sure. But now it's gone and Taker barely has one match left in him it's pointless wasting it on someone like Wyatt.
Might as well give him one big last match next year.
Then again, they might want Taker on this years show and Wyatt has looked reasonably strong recently and it should be a spectacle if nothing else.

Yeah agree about Taker....hope he's not at Mania this year...and Wyatt I think has been hurt by the break up of the Wyatt family....
Would rather Taker just retired now, although I do see the appeal of a high profile farewell match next year with Mania being in Texas (and an attendance of over 100,000)...

Just watched last weeks NXT. Done a really good job of building up the title match, and the No 1 contenders match quite well also, should be good.

It looks like it will definitely be Taker vs Wyatt at Mania. But its going to be one hell of an awkward match to book... They have to have both wrestlers come out strong, and Wyatt has to come out of it as a WWE Title contender. They cant make Taker loose again as that would be complete suicide and would go against all them years of the streak having him lose two years on the bounce. But they also can't bury Wyatt again. Either a big bump will incapicate them both to where the match has no result, or Taker will win and drag Wyatt off the screens for a few months, possibly emerging darker than before, or maybe under Takers control with him as his Manager? God knows late night brain storming.
