It's still sound, for now, to watch. Everyone grows out of it. Going overboard with Posters, Figures and stuff like that ? Nah, I'll stick to watching and not being a 12 year old about it.

If I'm being honest, this thread should not have the word Wrestling in it, should be changed to play fighting or homoerotic soap.

I watch it because boxing is largely rubbish, UFC is too violent for my tastes, but the actual wrestling in this is nicely inbetween, especially with all the high flying accrobatic and power moves. I have no interest in 90% of the story line stuff. They should just have more low/mid card matches, or matches where the top guys fight someone else, and save the big matches for PPV.



Obviously they could do that, but to do it to the winner of the Rumble is pretty unprecedented isn't it? Maybe they can get someone to shoot on him and put him out of action for a few weeks!

Somebody go and speak to Benoits family and ask them are the injuries and trauma fake from the fake soap opera (i agree it is like a opera).

Maybe go and try the sport yourself and tell me if its like jumping on a trampoline, maybe having a 300lb brock lesnar or a 500lb paul wight in your face will change your mind, it is not fake it is scripted. The art of acting and the athletic side of things are skills being crafted over decades.

Wrestling is absolutely a sport, it's in the Olympics ffs.

I've done real wrestling in the past, not the one you watch though, I prefer to not have glitter on my face.

Not really. I'm comparing the entertainment value, and how much I enjoy it, not its sporting merit.
