Authority will lose, otherwise there's no point to the stipulation and also no point in Vince screwing with HHH & Steph.
They were going to do a Vince vs HHH/Steph match for control of the company a year ago but got cold feet. Rumours has it they're doing it at WM31, with Rock wrestling for Vince, vs HHH, for control of the company.
