GOT Wrestle Fest Fan Thread

Can u explain plz mate, haven't watched it in a while?

Basically HHH is the new Vince (Vince was ousted after losing control with CM Punk etc..).

Over the last few weeks little things have kicked off and it's been a bit chaotic. Like refs being attacked by fired superstars and that sort of thing. So the story is they all don't feel safe working for WWE.
Last night Superstars of Raw, Smackdown, the refs and the Divas surrounded the ring while HHH explained and then gave him a vote of no confidence and walked out. Led by Jerry Lawler. Then Michael Cole walked out, then Booker T, then the ringside cameramen and finally JR.
Leaving HHH in the ring on his own.

It's all Johnny Ace's doing but interesting none the less.

Oh and Punk, Cena and Orton were all absent from this.

Is it a shoot or a work? I'm assuming it's a work, but hey ho, what do you reckon?

You can tell this is gonna be like Triple H's team vs John Lauranitis/Vince McMahon's team at Survivor Series. And then they'll twist it and increase the build up to Rock and Cena in some way, either during the match or after. It's already been confirmed that they'll be teaming up and it makes sense that this is where they'll do it.

I think Sheamus was absent too.

I see Survivor series ending with The Rock laying out John Cena then dissappearing again for a few months.

Guesswork if this is the case
Team Triple H - Cena, Orton, Sheamus, Cm Punk and The Rock
Team McMahon/Laurantis- Miz, R-truth, Wade Barrett, Christian (can't think of someone else at the moment), perhaps Cody Rhodes or Ziggler.

The word is they are trying to get steve austin or the undertaker in on the teams and have it like a team that cares about the wwe against a team that doesnt give a crap about the wwe etc,but we will see soon anyway

I can't take to Otunga for some reason. I just think he's crap, even in that match Christian, Ziggler and Rhodes were great. Otunga not so much.

To be fair he didn't have much to do, aside from pushing Sheamus off the top rope and giving CM Punk the neckbreaker.

See although I feel the 5 guys aside from Otunga would've made a good stable on their own, I think with Otunga they want to push this Harvard lawyer thing since they have this storyline, so he'll be sticking round.

On a personal note, I still miss the original Nexus.

Yeah I thought he was getting a push, seemed weird for him to go from botching tag team matches to being in the main event.

I'll give it a few weeks before I totally write off his new IRS reborn gimmick.

So Vengeance was average to say the least.
Can't believe they ripped off the Lesnar/Show ending and used it in the Henry/Show match. It looks great but been done before and it made the title match look stupid.

Then Raw was average too. The whole HHH thing doesn't work because nobody cares about Kevin Nash. He's always been boring.

And don't get me started on Rock teaming with Cena at SS. It makes a mockery of the 'mania match which really could have been the best ever. But not anymore.
It's so predictable at the moment. Rock and Cena will fall out at SS and they will build from there. So pointless having them team up. Hate it.
