I think the whole title thing is becoming a bit odd to be honest. Cena championing someone else for the title? Randy only to defend one at a time? Does that not mean he will be limiting exposure for each title he defends from now on? Clearly Cena will challenge with the other guy at the Rumble with the other guy winning a belt from it and Randy headlining Wrestlemania with the WWE title.
The question is, who will be winning the rumble now? Unless Sheamus comes back and wins it i can't see anyone else apart from Punk perhaps winning it for their ticket. Perhaps the set up with his promo is a slow progression into Punk vs the establishment, and eventually moving into the title picture that way, beating them at wrestlemania and so the split of the Sheild and the loss of the champion ends the storyline there and then.
