GOT Wrestle Fest Fan Thread

If WWE hadn't botched pushing Ziggler, Ryder, and others, they'd have enough over faces to turn Cena, and then make loads of money from the subsequent fresh matches they'd create

WWE annoy me more than TNA, if only because I expect TNA to botch stuff where as WWE usually makes the wiser choices, so you know they're capable of it

Weirdly i'm still the only person in the world not sold on him!
I really like him but I sort of know what you mean. In ring he is obviously brilliant but I'm not convinced he will be able to stay interesting for long enough to be a leading face. I think Punk is much, much better and he has the ability to be an amazing heel as well as a very good face.

There's something else which is annoying me about Battleground and it's lack of importance. I won't post Raw result spoilers just in case but they did Ziggler vs Sandow, Cesaro/Swagger vs Khali/Santino and on Smackdown they are doing Axel vs R-Truth. What is the point in doing three of the exact fights from the PPV in the two shows following? All those matches had basically zero build and they are now doing them again post PPV. It's the wrong way round...

Finished Battleground...

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

Theres a good few hours I'm never getting back. Don't even want to consider watching RAW now.

It's been like that for years though, I wish they would go back to the days where TV was just for angle advancement and we saw more Star v Jobber matches but the younger generation would switch off in droves

As for the reason for the PPV Sunday, it was scheduled that way because they skipped March to have the long build up for Wrestlemania meaning to do the full quota of PPV for the year they had to have two in the same month, something thats been a regularity since around 2004ish

Battleground sucked, with the exception of the Rhodes/Shield match.

All these PPVs feel so flat post-Jim Ross.

Love AJ though. She is boss.
Can't stand Daniel Bryan, with his "YES" gimmick. utter bellend.

Are there any knights left to slay, or has Triple H hung up his boots for good now?

Just watching Battleground I thought how poor the standard of wrestling really was; most of the Punk/Ryback and Bryan/Orton matches seemed to consist of kicks and slaps.
