GOT Wrestle Fest Fan Thread

That ppv last night sucked.

They need to move this HHH/Steph 'throwing their weight around' storyline along now.

I know Cena is out injured, probably until Rumble time, but there's still no reason to let the product go to poo in his absence. Even if the plan might be for him to be the big saviour.
 
A.J. Lee sent home from RAW, not on the show tonight. Suffered a concussion last night and couldn't remember her match.

Divas Champion AJ Lee was sent home from Pittsburgh’s CONSOL Energy Center with concussion-like symptoms following her title defense against Brie Bella at last night’s WWE Battleground pay-per-view, rendering her unable to compete in tonight’s episode of Raw.

“We spoke with AJ and she informed us that … she struck her head against the turnbuckle and was having headaches and some difficulty remembering her match,” WWE physician Dr. Chris Amann told WWE.com. “We examined her and noted that she had some problems with balance and memory recall. She was, therefore, diagnosed with a concussion, instructed to rest and not do anything either physically or psychologically strenuous.”

Dr. Amann went on to say that the Divas Champion’s availability would depend on the results of her follow-up tests. “She was re-evaluated today and was still having some symptoms so we are currently waiting for her symptoms to improve before administering an impact test,” he said.

Battleground just shouldn't have happened, shameless money grabbing by WWE. Too soon after Night of Champions, too close to Survivor Series which needs to be given more respect that it gets now. Rhodes v Shield was the highlight, awful ending to the main event and Punk Ryback was disappointing as Ryback is poor.

Really want to see them give Bray Wyatt a proper feud now too rather than just tacking him on with two days to go.

EDIT: Realise my mistake, it's Hell in a Cell next. Still too close though. Also, Cena vs Del Rio for the the Heavyweight Title. WTF? They must just lie about his layoff timescales so he appears superhuman when he returns 3 months early. Either that or he is smashing the roids...

Good to see that he just walks straight back into another title shot with no build or reasoning behind it. I assume he will now be back on TV to build for it but just seems a really lazy, stupid decision. Ziggler or Rhodes would have been more sensible choices before bringing Sandow into with his MITB.

One thing this could lead to is Cena vs Undertaker at Wrestlemania as it will keep the main title out of the storyline but who knows.

I am utterly fuming with this mate. But thanks for confirming.

As Mikey and yourself pointed out the natural transition would have been to Rhodes and then Sandow to cash in at some point against his old mate.

God I hate Cena.

Why is he in a title match straight away? It's like they are trying to make people hate him on purpose.
