I hope you're right to be honest.

But ever since Cena came back at that Rumble and won the damn thing I've not been surprised by a single thing they've done with him.

I'd almost put money on Cena being in the title match at mania next year whoever it's against.

Cena to defeat the Undertaker at mania.

How do they get injured if it's not real?

The matches are scripted, rehearsed and well timed but on occasion they do get injured legit or worse killed

Examples

Triple H - torn quadricep on two separate occasions, torn groin, various knee injuries
Chris Benoit - Broken neck, concussions (part of the reason he killed himself and his family)
Sabu - Broken neck, torn bicep (completely through to the bone), various concussions
Mick Foley - Burns, Concussions, knee injuries, half an ear torn off, bruised kidneys
Owen Hart - Killed by a stunt gone wrong
Mitsuharu Misawa - Killed by a simple back suplex which brought on a heart attack
John Cena - Broken neck, torn pectoral, bicep and tricep tears, knee injuries
Randy Orton - various injuries including a broken collerbone
Sid - broken leg from a botched move

Thats just the tip of it

To be fair that time when Te Rock and Big Show both fell out of the ring at the same time at the Royal Rumble was pretty fukcing spectacular, if you don't appreciate that you probably hate Kafka.
