rumour doing the rounds that mankind is going to return and fight john cena at wrestlemania

Mick Foley has retired and no longer wrestles, as a result of the injuries he has sustained over the years. His last actual match in WWE (apart from a Royal Rumble 2012 cameo) was in January 2008, over 5 years ago.

There's more chance of Kenny Dalglish managing Everton than there is of Mankind fighting/wrestling anyone again, let alone John Cena at Wrestlemania. Foley in real life now tours the U.S. and the U.K. as a stand up comedian.

Thought Raw was the best it's been for a while.

Really enjoy Daniel Bryan, easily the best wrestler in the world right now.
Shield are great, Orton's got some fire and momentum back too.
HHH concussion storyline is intriguing.
Curtis Axel needs some proper pinfall wins over top people, but at least he's not jobbing. He's getting wins, albeit tainted ones. Gives him some heat.

Don't like Ryback, he's not over a lick. He needs someone to carry him to have a half decent match, and well, John Cena is okay but he's no Daniel Bryan.

Alberto Del Rio bores the crap out of me. Dolph Ziggler can't come back soon enough.
They need to put Daniel Bryan in Del Rio's spot as a World title challenger to Ziggler.

You can't turn the shield face! That would kill any momentum and heat they have built so far. Stevo27, most of those storylines you put forward were Face Vs Face, that's easy to do. Its Heel V Heel that's tricky and I can't think of the last time that wwe did a heel v heel story. To make a heel v heel story work you need the right guys and the right heat with the fans. Neather the Shield and Axel are at that level yet. It may work for the older fans but they aren't the ones that wwe care about at this time.

Read my post again mate I mentioned Orton v Sheamus in the early part of 2010 as a Heel v Heel feud (Orton didn't turn face fully till after Wrestlemania where he faced Legacy in a triple threat as a Tweener)

Just saw this again on Youtube

One of my favourite angles that hardly anyone ever saw. Regal's commentary is excellent "I had an intervention 13 years ago, it wasn't as exciting as this though"

What a treat for the viewers of NXT. Hahahaha, Regal is brilliant.

Not sure if it has been mentioned already but Rampage Jackson has signed with TNA in some sort of multi-deal with Spike TV, Bellator MMA and TNA. Not sure how much he'll actually do with TNA but he could be great for them. He is also a Toffee...

Stevo27 ok fair enough mate, your right over Orton-Sheamus. The truth is though I remember nothing about that match or any of the storyline (or very little anyway!). My point was though that a Shield V Hamyan's guy's would be a major storyline (to me anything involving Orton is filler!) and I can't see wwe current wwe mangement investing that much time in a heel vs heel main event or semi main event.

I'd quite like a Barrett/Orton feud for a title of some sort.

But it has to be heel Orton. Like when he tied Steph to the ring and handcuffed HHH to the other side. That was great Orton.

Ijjysmaith, yeah Orton is just about bearable as a heel. Its when he's a face that people look at him and say "actually, your very average". I don't know why wwe rate him so much, I can't see it myself. Barret on the other hand is underused.

It's OK mate. I'm one of very few who rate Orton on here!
I'm with you ijjy, think Orton is great. He is just so often misused. The sooner he goes heel again the better.

The problem is he already has 2 wellness violations so building him up to be a main event guy again is a risk given one more and he is out (well supposedly anyway).

Yeah true - forgot about his previous.

Ijjysmith, its not that I hate him I just don't think he's anywere near as good as wwe rates him. The problem is wwe have stuck a rocket up his ass and won't let it go. I was thinking before, Can anyone remember a good sign they've seen in the crowd? The best I can think off is from one sumerslam with Cena Vs Orton and the match kept getting restarted so this guy held up a sign saying: "this is why watch Smackdown!" Brillant!
