Did you watch 'mania with a bag of Werther Originals?
(Not that they aren't completely boss!!)
No I was eating "Double Stuffed Oreo's" and Tesco's own brand of Dorritos
The supper of Champions!
(I think I might have been wearing a cardigan though)

Hahaha!! Boss!
When I lived with my mates after uni, one year we dressed up in suits and tux's for 'mania which was fun.
Then the year after we took it to the next level and made up our own wrestling characters and dressed as them. Entrance music and everything.
My best mate was called 'Decadance' who came in to opera music, and dressed all in white. He was basicaly a more arrogant Damian Sandow before Damian Sandow existed. Heel!
Another lad was Nameless. A man brought up in the woods by animals. Dressed in his rug from his room and smeared mud all over his face. He didn't speak. Just grunted. No entrance music! Neither heel nor Face!
My mate was Dr.Legg - Hospital doctor, with stethascope. Casualty theme for entrance music. Heel.
I was Eric 80's. Massive blonde wig, pink head band, low cut t-shirt, short shorts and 3D glasses. I came down to 'The Touch' by Stan Bush. The theme tune to the animated Transformers movie. (Weirdly Punk used this in a promo a few years later!). Face!
I should add we were all smashed off our faces for this.

I quite frankly can't be arsed watching this weeks RAW.
Someone give me a summary.
The wrestling business is totally on its arse just now. Don't think it ever been worse, WWE is just awful and TNA is just TNA! The best thing wwe could do is to raid tna for A J Styles, Somoa Joe, and Robert Rude (best heel bar CM Punk about).
I bought the best of Nitro vol 2 the other day. Forgot how much loved WCW back then, brought back some really good memories. Forgot how cool DDP was, god how wwe wasted his talent. Anyone else watch wcw back in the day or were u just into wwf?
So this week's RAW?
Worth a watch ?
WCW was always my favourite. I didn't know anyone with Sky so my uncle used to record WCW Worldwide for me.
Back in 1991 when I got into wrestling DDP was a mid-card manager, he didn't learn to wrestle until he was 39! He became a great wrestler. He didn't get a chance in WWE because the Undertaker didn't like him, same happened to Mike Awesome.
I have to get that Nitro Vol 2 at some point, although I haven't watched Vol 1 yet.
Mid nineties WCW was awesome.
DDP has to be the best example of taking a complete loser and turning them into a main event star through good booking. I guarantee no one saw him being a star when he was managing Vinnie Vegas, hell not even when he first started wrestling and had a decent little feud with Johnny B Badd over the TV title.
Good booking helped, Pages hard work and ability helped, but letting your boss and neighbour shag your hot wife was what really done it!
Kimberly Page! Oh she was fine! That's what made the DDP stalker storyline so stupid, why the hell would he stalk with a wife like that! DDP vs Undertaker was enough on it own without all that bs.
