GOT Wrestle Fest Fan Thread

RIP hopefully in years to come human bodies can accept organs from animals

That's really not called for Mooms

It looks like he had a very tragic death if his haunting final Tweet is anything to go by. It's not really joke fodder

I know you think this wrestling thing is all a big laugh, but these are real people and this looks like to be a very sad set of events. This guy was really well liked by his friends and peers and they are going through a torrid time right now, not to mention his poor family who have lost a dear loved one

Maybe just leave it on this occasion eh?

BT Sports have won the rights to show WWE from Sky from 2020!!

Excellent!

So Rumours of the last month or so were right
Well done to BT Sport, handing over big cash for a dwindling product.

I wonder if this will have any effect on The Network? I know they took Main Event off it because Sky kicked up a fuss because they still show it on their channels. How much of the WWE package will BT pick up you reckon?

Didn't know that, so that's interesting.

They're not mentioned in their statement, either.

"BT Sport will also carry same day primetime re-airs of Raw on Tuesdays and SmackDown on Saturdays, a two-hour version of Raw, one-hour version of Raw and one-hour version of SmackDown across its portfolio of channels."

Yeah they show Raw and Smackdown on the Network about a month behind, but they were showing up to do date Main Event shows. I think this was because Main Event doesn't have a TV Deal in America. However, it was shown on Sky weekly, so they had to take it off the European version of The Network

There were also issues with them showing the Pay Per Views as well, as Sky didn't know that was happening and were furious that if effected Sky Box Office buys

Hopefully with BT they've still agreed they can show the events live, although it wouldn't surprise me if they cut a deal to show them on delay so BT can make more moolah on the BT Box Office
