Gomes wouldn’t have been in my top three to be honest, very, very surprised at this award. Digne would be my choice with Gana, Siggurdson and Zouma in contention, I would think Gomes himself would be embarrassed by this selection.

Like I said, early days, he was a revelation, Digne more of a slow burn.

Would be funny as fudge if signs a perm as a result though!
