So I've just ate a whole Celebrations Egg, and the sweets, and a Lindt bunny.

I'm now going to look at my fat carcass in the mirror for half an hour and eat a pack on milk buttons.
 
started running March 1st after a 6 month layoff (injury). Finally decided to run a 10K on Sunday and got a 56:02 split so not too bad considering I barely made it in alive in my 2 mile test run for my 10K class 6 weeks ago. Started my 10mi class tuesday and had to run a 5K test run and got a 27:30.

Might try to run a metric marathon 26.2km - 19mi in sept but not got going to attempt a marathon this year.
