Just did diamond pushups, very difficult. 3 sets of 10 reps to start me off. Tried clap push ups, incredibly difficult, so did explosive pushups instead without the clap, still very hard. 3 sets of 8. Not even attempting 90% of that video but there's some good ones in there!

I just tried to do the L-shaped thing he did (lifting his body off of the floor and holding it in an l-shape). Blooming heck :lol:
 
You don't often see the bulky blokes like that being strong (pound for pound). Fair play to him though, those things are bloody tough.

Personally think that toned blokes with very little fat who are better at calisthenics look much better than blokes who bench press 80kg and have big phyton arms. Not aestheically pleasing at all, for me. This guy is straddling the line well.
 
Crucifix push up looks nasty - abs of steel required.

Used to do a martial arts class with a guy who could do that L-lift, plus bicycle his legs when he was in the position - looked amazing, no one else in the room could get close to doing it.
