Without sending you all round the houses Creatine, protein and some very simple carbs (Dextrose) after a workout is a very potent combo for improving performance and recovery! The amounts needed will vary based on your size but roughly 3g Creatine, 25g Whey & 60-70g Dextrose will have a positive effect on you.

The amount of Carbs after a workout is the trickiest one to get right.

Front squat advice...any tips so it doesnt feel like im breaking my wrists after each set?

No idea if it's correct and probably well risky if you're lifting heavy stuff, but I found having a loose grip helped a lot with this. Like resting the bar on your hands rather than properly gripping it. MADDISON HELLO/

I don't properly grip the bar anyway, rest the bar on the tips of my fingers and the fronts of my delt.
