So its not natural then.
Its a chemical compound

Seeing as Glycine is the primary amino acid in sugar, and it's where sarcosine is derived from, and cyanamide is an organic compound, I'm not quite sure why you're so against taking creatine

By the same logic, I hope you don't eat bread, pasta, rice, or any fruit and vegetables obtained at a supermarket. You're best sticking with things you grow your self. Eating meats is also out of the equation, lots of man made chemicals in meats. You'll need to stick with fresh water fish. As for shower gels, shampoos, conditioners, they'll also be out, as well as a host of moisturisers and de oderants.

All joking aside, you'll be living in a tent foraging for food if you took your logic to it's ultimate conclusion. Creatine is likely to give you the craps, but aside from that it's pretty benign. There are far better things to worry about ;)

Creatine is secreted from the peritubular capillary into the distal convoluted tubule of the nepron within the renal cortex, whereby it is then excreted in urine as a waste product. Thank you university for teaching me useless crap that I can use here to sound like I know stuff in depth.

3. Dinner/ Lunch - looks good except don't eat any pasta and sprinkle chia seeds on everything you eat

I have started to add Chia seeds to my diet, too. It's undoubted one of the most nutritionally dense foods that exist. There are stories of it's use in ancient cultures to sustain distance running, and has been rediscovered and popularized in recent years by ultra-distance runners like Scott Jurek.

So creatine yes or no?

I presume creatine is best taken after a workout correct?

What are peoples opinions on how long to take this before having a break? 4 weeks..... 6 weeks, then off for a week?

Can you combine creatine with whey protein. I don't mean together. I mean in addition daily.

Without sending you all round the houses Creatine, protein and some very simple carbs (Dextrose) after a workout is a very potent combo for improving performance and recovery! The amounts needed will vary based on your size but roughly 3g Creatine, 25g Whey & 60-70g Dextrose will have a positive effect on you.

The amount of Carbs after a workout is the trickiest one to get right.

Please don't waste my time - there are thousands of people who would pay double that to see my works, that price is just mate's rates for my internet pals. You are getting it for free, after all.

Have you worked with any celebs that where fat, but went thin and are fat again now?

There was a right fittie in the gym yesterday. I was on the lat pulldown and she was on another one directly opposite me. Timed my reps perfectly to get a superb look of her pert boobs.
