As for shower gels, shampoos, conditioners, they'll also be out, as well as a host of moisturisers and de oderants.
All joking aside, you'll be living in a tent foraging for food if you took your logic to it's ultimate conclusion. Creatine is likely to give you the craps, but aside from that it's pretty benign. There are far better things to worry about
