Seriously though it all comes down to Arteta out Castillo in. No wonder Vic didn't light a fire or we could keep control of the ball for long. We had a hard time with the zonal marking. Their change of formation kept our back four busy. Different game from Monday night in tactics.

So every time he had the ball, no-one was available?:lol: I hope he had a right go at them when he got back in the changing rooms or perhaps he just didnt have the ability

Who else was able to make a pass to a blue player? The reason why we created **** all chances was because there was no pass and movement, because everyone out there had the defensive mentality.

Did you watch the game? Did you see how Liverpool completely dominated it?

So doesnt this apply to Vic then or isnt he your bosom buddy?

Don't think it should be Anichebe he comes in for. Osman's not been up to scratch recently and Gosling's proven already that he's more than capable of coming into the midfield for him...

Osman's a good little player but has been completely anonymous in the 2 derbies, he's lost out with Arteta being moved centrally and again tonight, he's useless out on the wing.

Agreed. When Arteta is back to replace Castillo and Fellaini is back to replace Anichebie, Gosling should be in to replace Osman. Ossie is not having the best of seasons, IMO.

I thought the Gos did really well, a true sign is coming into a game like that and make an impact and not look out of place which he did.

I think he will eventually drift into the centre, he has a good touch, a decent engine, he can spot and pull of a pass, he has good attacking a defensive qualities, and hes a big lad an no push over, i like his timing to.

Ive been more impressed with him then anyother youngster this season, still needs to develop though.
