I believe the construction of those towers are symbolic; suggesting they just missed their targeted completion date and the work will now be dragged out to the new opening date:

I reckon it'll be finished just before the end of October, as they have a visit and tour organised for the discussion of stadium refurbishment projects. That should be the same for the internal revamp in all the concourses as well.

I still think they should paint more blue..

Blue brick, blue park end.

oh and give the church some much needed TLC and clean it up a bit.

The artists impressions of the towers look ace, but i really hope they do some of the lesser jobs around the ground that could make it so much better.

Was at Goodison yesterday and it seems to be picking up pace.
