Do many teams move to a new ground and hit the ground running?

Dont actually know just asking the question

Well seeing we can only reach 5 wins at home out of 19 this season, hitting the ground running shouldn't be an issue and we will see an improvement. To win less next year is almost unthinkable.

The club has largely been running on fumes for decades. The one time we were flush, the lunatics practically poured fuel all over it and set it alight. Blowing a fortune on garbage players and general scattergun economic decision-making, almost burning the whole house down in the process. How we've survived the past few seasons still in the top flight is a mystery to most...... but suffice to say that many of the accumulated rag tag bunch of mediocrity masquerading as an Everton football team are not worthy of the name.

I know a lot of people are desperate for the simple reboot that the new stadium represents.... but a major cultural change will be far more important than any change of address. By a large margin! Hopefully that is what happens.
