Another solid par for Tommy, last hole coming up and I hope he finishes with a birdie
Good work mate! I've done a few quid on Tommy F for The Open, available at 40-50s.Had Hoffman and Fleetwood both each way! Only 2 quid on each but not a bad return!
Good call.Wide fairways are wide, though. The USGA can only do so much to up the ante with pin positions and closely mowing the greens (without turning it into a farce). Keep in mind that par for this tournament is 288 rather than the usual USGA setup where par is arbitrarily set at 280 for a course where par for four rounds is normally 288.
I don't think double digits under par will be required to win this, but I don't think it's out of the question either.
Shame it didn't work out but I am definitely gonna put some English pounds on him to win the Claret JugYep, things can change so quickly, look at Koepkas drive then though he might have got lucky. Fleetwood just has to stick at it and hang in there and if he's a couple behind with 5/6 to play then he's in with a shout

Played well today.Ryan Fox 250/1 worth a £1 e/w. I'm a Marshall on the 7th EFC t shirt under my orange coat, hope to flash the badge on TV especially if Tommy Fleetwood is nearby.
Spent the day at Royal Birkdale for the first practice day and was really interesting to see some of the golfers going around for the first time.
Willett looked really confident from what I saw, whereas McIlroy was all over the place on one of the wholes; five off the tee and all in the rough.

With his caddy and entourage but nobody else initially. He went out later with someone else but I was following Speith. That doesn't sound good. Who was Rory practising with or was he out on his own?
