Just got home now to see Fleetwood sink a birdie. Looking as slick as he did yesterday. Beautiful to watch a golfer when they are in a groove.

Great to see mate, I was thinking thisncould be a great test and good practice for the Birkdale Open but at this rate he's giving himself every chance here. Great game management even just from that tee shot

I'm gonna go out on a limb and call him as outright leader going into the last round, the last 3/4 holes are yielding plenty of birdies today.

He finished wellnlast night ( think he might have bogeyed the 17th but 18th was superb). He just looks like he's right on his game and I know there's a few holes to go so a lot can change but Yeah, he looks like he could be outright leader if he keeps this up

ffs I've just cursed him as he lands in bunker.

Luckily par 5 so hopefully he has a good lie and can grab a birdie or par at worst
