Used to buy it online from Fitz’s at London Borough Market after my niece bought it for me one Christmas.

Bit addictive and makes you eat unhealthy stuff like pork pies to accompany it.

Going to re-order some for Christmas and I’m blaming it on this thread.

Might I suggest this for your cheeseboard? Picked this up in Llangollen the other week. We went there last year around the same time and ate it before Christmas so this time I bought multiple jars to see us though. I’m sure it’s available online or in a decent cheese shop/deli though

The Bay Tree Food Company make the best Piccalilli there is. Probably about a fiver a jar these days mind.

While not "god tier", it went very well with the coconut prawns I just had. The word barbeque doesn't belong though IMO, it's more akin to sweet chili.

You sure it wasn't blue cheese dressing? 'cos it sounds like the only stuff that comes blue is the tomato ketchup, and if you've mistaken that as mayo, I'm suggesting a doctor...

Definitely nothing cheesey about it
Girl who served me said it was mayo, tasted like a sheit mayo, wouldn't recommend.

I've been making Tim Anderson's tonkatsu sauce recently. It stinks out the house when you are making it, but it's so good and very versatile. You can keep it in the fridge for ages too

Tonkatsu, katsu etc are the most obvious but it's not that dissimilar to brown sauce so it goes well with things like bacon
