God tier condiments.


1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

Blitz using a hand blender whilst drizzling in olive oil so it emulsifies to your desired consistency.

Job done
Is that a whole raw egg? 'cos one of the spoilsports will be along soon to rollock you raw.

Ingredients- You forgot to add the 6 pack of bog roll, after eating the raw egg and firing your salmonella infused guts out of your hoop.
 

This stuff.

Used to buy it online from Fitz’s at London Borough Market after my niece bought it for me one Christmas.

Bit addictive and makes you eat unhealthy stuff like pork pies to accompany it.

Going to re-order some for Christmas and I’m blaming it on this thread.

….not a big fan of putting condiments on food, certainly never add salt as it’s a bit like putting sugar in tea.

Brown sauce on a bacon butty would be about my limit, although I like Branston pickle accompanying one of Mrs Eggs home made steak pies.
