Probably cos of the current climate they cant buy them ( Schalke , Kenny ) think most will be loaned back out again.

Next season you could play 442 with DCL and Kean up front , allowing Richarlison to play wide left.
Sign two central midfielders and a left back( if Kenny is not being brought back) and you would have the makings of a very good team.
If we could also stretch to a wide player on the right that would be great but maybe beyond the budget.. but we would have Walcott, Gordon, I wobi and Bernard all to fight to get a game there.
