We really should just pull the plug on the deal for that 2nd half performance in 2005...
Im kind of disappointed that Koeman has loaned out Deulofeu. On his day Geri is a match winner for us but Koeman just didn't take to him.Im disappointed with our transfer activity so far.Sure we signed a promising player in Lookman and we bought in Schneiderlin from Man United but overall it's been pretty underwhelming.Hopefully that will change over the course of the next few days.
They are well fitter than English players.....and playing on for longer proves that.
Modern times may have some influence on koemans decision to loan Geri or even sell. You only need to look at The top 3 of Chelsea, spurs and the other lot to see they play with no real out and out wingers. (Besides maybe Moses)
They play with wing backs and this is why we also see mirrallas Playing more centrally.
What did you expect, honestly mate, anyone else done better this January?
What did i expect?I expected more than 2 signings by the 21st of January but hopefully a few more players will arrive before the window closes.Im so sorry for daring to offer an opinion.
Spot on that.Disagree massively with this. Fitness is huge in English football.
I'd say the reason why players can play for longer is because the pace of the game is slower in those leagues.
Doubt thatthe more this drags on the less chance we have of replacing him. he's going to go on deadline day for the same deal thats been on the table for the last 2 weeks and we will be left with no time to bring anyone in.
