I like Del, but I dont think he will ever amount to anything sadly! The fact that he is now the Spanish record holder for caps and goals at U21 level is the most backhanded compliment of all time! It's like saying the is the greatest player just outside the main squad, yet he never gets picked for the main squad regardless of form or injuries? The problem with him, Kev and Yannick is that they are all too much like Duncan McKenzie, world class in their days, but their day is every 8 games! Throw Ross into that mix and it illustrates perfectly why we are in such a downward spiral!

But Gerri has been one of the most frustrating - and that's saying something.
All the talent in the world, but he's either trying too much or he's not putting enough effort in.
It's alright blaming the manager(s), but at the end of the day it's up to the lad to up his game.
The effort was there in pre-season, but it quickly disappeared.
That being said, I'd rather give him a chance than Kev, and for the life of me I can't see how anybody thinks Lennon played well yesterday - he was awful.

He needs to look at himself a bit more if he wants more game time. He has talent but there is no point if he can only run around for 20 minutes before looking like he is about to collapse.
