Frustrates the life out of me how he puts his foot on the ball and stands still waiting for the defender to commit before doing anything instead of just running at his man.
It might work for Messi, but Messi he is not. There was one time he did that today after we'd just had a decent chance, their defence was all over the place and we had men in the box. It completely killed all momentum we had and gave them the ball.
Having said that, at least he tried a few forward passes into feet (although the he was overdoing the tippy tappy stuff), and he put a couple of decent balls in too.

....I think RK demands more from his players than simply having talent. It's what the best provide, week in week out. Perhaps we've seen Deulofeu and Barkley produce instances of magic and been taken in but if we are to have a top team moments of magic now and then are not enough.
An indication might be to ask why neither of these players are linked with the top clubs or pursued by top managers.
A very good point re the media links. An obvious change for me is for Barkley to replace Barry, sign a proven centre attacking midfielder and get Del game time.
...I suspect both will be replaced by the type of players RK wants.
