Has his work rate improved thus implying that he is responding to coaching and starting to take his team responsibilities properly... Hell yes
If he continues improving in attitude like this he will very much reach the potential that took him to Barca In ...The first place.

He seemed to be trying too hard last night and overthinking. He is anxious to impress and if he was a bit more relaxed think he definitely scores at least one last night. Definitely made the difference when he came on. The first thing he did was take his man on and beat him. Worked hard forwards and back. We are so much more dangerous with him on the pitch. Has earned a start and unfortunately it has to be Ross that gives way. he's our second-highest scorer and has captained the club already this season - I wouldn't be fearing for him mate, he'll be fine. Yesterday was his first poor display of the season. Overall he's been very good.
