The right wing appear to be completely losing their minds about AOC....this video of her recreating the Breakfast club dancing scene is apparently seen as a negative lol

As you and others have pointed out this isn't even a new thing, them losing their minds over AOC (though thinking a fit 21/22 year old dancing in a tight top is somehow politically damaging is a new low even for them). You'd think that even the Democrats would look at the abject terror she has clearly inflicted on the other side and think "you know, she might actually be on to something here".

I fully expect however to wake up one morning soon to hear CNN report that the shutdowns over, the Walls been defeated defeated and that Pelosi has compromised by signing up to a 100m wide, 30 meter deep ditch (sorry, "Freedom Trough") though.

I think Scott Adams is right. (Again.) AOC will be a significant figure in our political lives for years to come. The millennial progressive avatar of her generation has arrived.

Someone must be the avant for the progressive garde. The fact that she makes no logical sense to old farts like myself is no reason to dismiss her. That rational world has passed. We are entering the politics of romance and possibility.
