Honest answer is, the only sports i really watch are Everton (not interested in any other teams, and lately i cba watching us), snooker, and occasional Boxing and MMA.Quick question for all the blokes in here complaining about trans people in women’s sport. How long have you been interested in women’s sport? Did you watch much of it before you learned about all the trans people cheating (or whatever it is you’re arsed about)?
If the honest answer is that you never gave women’s sport any attention beforehand, maybe you’re the one’s ‘virtue signaling’.
Bet you were all amateur epidemiologists during Covid as well.
Snooker, i have no problem with any gender playing. Bai Yulu who is the women's world champion played Mark Williams the other day, and she was decent, won the 1st frame.
The other 3 though, i can see absolutely no reason why there should be any crossover whatsover. The physical differences create an uneven and dangerous playing field, and while there are arguments that the top women could be better than certain lower ranked men in certain instances, the greater male variabilty means that that percentage would be miniscule at best and open up a whole host of problems.
It thereby stands to reason, that any adult who transitions after puberty should stick to sports in their original gender. And given the artificially enhanced testosterone levels in female to male transitions they should also be banned from female only sports.
I guess that is something that should be considered when making the tranisition.
I also believe that any athlete, in any sport, that has been found guilty of any sustained period of illegal performance enhancement drugs use should be banned forever in the same way, as it gives an unfair advantage in the ability to have previously trained or developed.
Im looking at you Liverpool under Klopp.
