Back to his best this season, just wish he was even five years younger, the worry is he's getting played to death, only three days till our next big one and he did look knackered towards the end today, one big performance wednesday Gareth and you can have a break saturday:)

Well I wouldn't be daft enough to suggest anything that I type is more than opinion...

Unlike some...

;)

Same every game though. 'Barry was outstanding'. Even when we're conceding 4 at home or getting completely dominated the line never changes. 'Barry was outstanding'. I think he's a decent player overused too much but no one will convince me that he is one of the prem's current outstanding midfielders.

I think we are currently blighted with quite s few average midfielders which might be one of the contributory factors to us being 11th.

Barry excellent today, excellent all season, perhaps with one exception when Silva gave him the absolute run around at GP as Barry's legs couldn't get him close to him quick enough. However, his presence on Wed is essential but in my humble opinion, we need to give the stick like glue job to Besic and let Barry play his own game.

Thought he was his usual self, looks good as an individual but compare him to Besic....

1st half didnt show for the ball and second half barged into players and it looked to me like besic did the work of 2 players.

Should be Besic and McCarthy there for me, much more mobile and reminds me of the Joe Royle days with those two.

If Barry was 25 you'd have a semi every time he touched the ball and you'd be eulogising over everything he did.
