That's where the manager should be stepping and putting a stop to to it. I just don't know what Koeman was thinking today, usually when you disagree with a decision you can at least see what was trying to be achieved but I really can't fathom it today.
Not just what he was thinking today, but to give him an extra years contract extension. Pure madness, his legs went 18 months ago.

His Neville moment is going to come at Anfield. Nailed on.

After that second half at Goodison I can't believe he received another minute. We went from being arguably on top of a flying Liverpool side to being given a chasing for 45 mins after the introduction of Barry. But no, he's still here trolling the entire fan base.

They don't learn they did the same with Dustin have an extra year when 6 months left. They should have waited until end of the season but like I say nowhere near big games anymore and used to see out games or in Europe where pace might not be so significantly exposed.

We are rich, it doesn't matter any more.

When Besic is fit again, Ron will be spoilt for choice for the DM position. Just imagine, we can play four DMs in a 4-4-1-1 formation. Happy days!

Robles

Coleman Williams Holgate Baines

Davies Gana Morgs Besic

Barkley

Rom

Joking BTW

Then wages could have been used im securing Ross or Rom. We might be rich but our wage bill can only go up by a certain amount and Barry is now taking some of that. Maybe when he realises he's only going to be bit part he'll want out anyway. Sounds like he's the type to put playing before money!

I can see why he played him. He sits in front of the back 4, he is the best passer of our DMs. However, Spurs are a high energy team and it is obvious he has lost that vital yard of pace. I think he and Robles were equally at fault for the 1st goal. If he stays next season it will be for league cup, fa cup, hopefully some Europa league games and a bit over Christmas in the busy period.
