Crap last episode bur to be fair, it follows the book. Everything after the red wedding was an anticlimax.

Series four will be boss. Fibe will be crap unless they stray from the stroryline

i liked the finale, about time we had a finale which wasn't all action and drama (which ep 9 already served its purpose of doing). It just set it up nicely for the next season

*********SPOILERS BELOW DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVE NOT WATCHED YET***********

Code:
Obviously we learnt alot of what season 4 is going to bring so they have set it up nicely and there is alot of great foreboding. The stuff i liked:

1. We know that Theon's sister is sending her army to the North to try and rescue her brother (should be a great storyline in season 4 to see what happens and what happens to penisless theon)

2. Bran's story about the ratcook was great reference to walder frey and possibly intimates what will happen to him.

3. We got to see badass Arya kill someone and possibly evolve more as a killer for the future and whispering the magic word that the assassins use.

4. We learnt that the war of the the 5 kings is meaningless and that there is a far greater battle in the north against the whitewalkers to come

5. we know that Joffrey is set to get married soon (and people who have read the book will know what i mean by this when I say, I cannot fricking wait for it).

6. Finally we know that John Snow, (albeit a very badly wounded John Snow) has finally returned to Castle Rock as has Sam Tarly, so it looks like they are set to become big characters in Season 4 as members of the Night Watch who will be dealing with the whitewalkers and also Stannis Baratheon who is set to travel there.

7. Oh yeah and it all ended with us seeing just how powerful Danaery's is going to be with her massive following now.

So plenty of plots filled and explained and lots to look forward to in season 4.

But hey people love to complain just cos they didn't get to see a pair of tits or 20 men murdered

Except for that one thing, and that other thing, and that bigger other thing, but I get what you mean as those were pushed to season 4.

I reckon books 4 and 5 will be mixed together in the 5th/6th season while they wait for the next book to come out.

As much as I have enjoyed the show thus far, I think the Red Wedding was for me the moment when GOT turned into something very significant. The rules of the genre were thrown out of the window and it made for disturbing viewing. As a result, for the first time in years I've found myself on the edge of my seat, unable to predict what will happen next.

If you haven't seen the end of season three yet, WHITE TEXT SPOILER ALERT:

I want to see what happens to the political situation in the North, the Riverlands and the Vale as a result of Walder Frey and Rhoose Bolton's actions. The Starks have family (the Karstarks) and friends (The Umbers) in the North; Catelyn was born a Tully before she married Ned, and her brother Edmure and uncle Blackfish can't be too impressed with Frey and Bolton; equally Catelyn's sister, who earlier refused to lead her army from the Vale in support of the Starks, might also respond alongside Edmure and Blackfish.

Theon can rot for all I care. He's every bit as awful as Walder Frey and Rhoose Bolton; the torture scenes involving him and Ramsay Snow are very cleverly-written and the chap playing Ramsay has delivered a brilliant performance. Somehow I find sadism more accetaple than betrayal!

Can you imagine how long Arrya's ****list must be by now?! I hope she goes on a rampage and her story arc involves the Hound having a change of heart and trying to save her from becoming a monster (the irony!), but that seems a little obvious.

And in response to you, I'll white text too - POSSIBLE SPOILERS:

I want to see what happens to Edmure, he'll be at the hands of Walder Frey now, won't he? I can't really see him getting out of that.. but I hope he does!
I also hope Arya goes on a rampage, but take the Hound off her list seeing as he's clearly looking out for her at the minute. But I also don't know what's going to go on with them because wasn't Sandor/the Hound taking her back to Robb to 1) take her home and 2) get a reward? What's he meant to do with her now? Arhh I'm actually scared for season four, I have a horrible feeling my favourites are going to die.
