Agreed..you have. And I have always said that the 'ringfenced' £30 million was simply a promise from the banks...and that they got nervous when the price escalated. Credit to Collymore and his producers, they are getting confirmation of some stuff that was previously just 'rumour' .

This £125m - Obviously not justified. Kenwright sells for £40m (plus debt of £48m) Total £88m. Thats more realistic. Kenwright makes a return on his £20m 'investment' and we all move forward. So why not? There's something more behind the need for a £125m 'ball park figure'!
