Leg.End.Gary. :)

As for breakfast : coco pops or weetabix mostly.

I'm not one for eating a proper cooked breakfast for breakfast ie when i get up.

But i will have one later during the day. Being vegetarian my choice is limited but its possible to recreate most of the goodness. Veg sausage and bacon, saute potatoes, hash browns and beans is plenty good enough for me.

With Sainsburies own brand tomato sauce.

Sort of Continental. Cafe con leche and cookies.

Which reminds me, Chico. My 2 year old son is just getting into Sesame street and squeals with delight when he sees your avater.

As a matter of fact, so do I.

diet? sorry monty, but that has to be the most inappropriate reply ever to one of my posts! i only hope none of the blues that know me spot it or it'll be the cause of much chortling at my expense.

Have no fears Dennis, it is me who is on a constant diet going no where fast. If life was good I'd have a fry up every morning with lashing of the old brown stuff on my sausages, a runny egg, bacon toms and mushies with a thick slice of fried bread but alas no, the medical bastards, for that is what they are, have long since stopped my tap and I have but taste filled memories and still can't lose weight.(n)(n)

black pudding is one of the more 'choice' elements of british cuisine.

it varies admittedly, the british make a wide and varied variety of sausages. so sausages as a comparison is fair.

the main constituent of black pudding is pigs blood.

when such red water of life is cooked (fried) it turns black as it densely congeals. hence black pudding.

the dish itself is not confined to britain, it has roots in spanish cuisine where chili and spices are added. In britain, often what would be considered a scotish twist is observed whereby oats and grain are added to the mix to be cooked in the intestinal skins.

its high fat, its high salt, its blood from a pig.

when done right, its the bollox.

long live the full english.

someone cleverer than me.

he or she was a genius with a lot of product that needed packaging.

put it like this, if it doesnt go into humans, it goes into livestock that then goes into humans ;)
