18 months.
No matter how terrible Benitez performs and is hated/booed weekly by the the vast majority of rational-thinking Evertonians, Moshiri can't be seen to back down on this one.
When there is no improvement again at the start of his second season, and the fans haven't stopped wanting the useless Kopite balloon gone, then we might see him fired. Hopefully out of a cannon, into the Sun.
