Think we will be fine and he will still be here at end of the season. It's early days but it looks to me that he's sorted the defence out. A couple more will come in also replacing some of the dross that we currently have. Obvious one though we desperately need some forwards

I've said previously Lampard has a great opportunity this year. This is the least amount of pressure he'll have as a Premier League manager because all he has to do is keep us in the league without a relegation battle. The squad should be good enough for that.

But yes, the people in charge of recruitment are paid vast sums to plan for unfortunate events.
