Genuinely don't know what people expect from him. Holgate was our only senior CB available today and we all know he is garbage.
We had 2 CMs available (as allan isn't fit) one who hasn't been making the bench, let alone squad and we all know is an absolute fraud of a midfielder (gomes) and the other can't pass (doucoure)

It's hard, man.
It was always gonna be an uphill battle with 10 men against a team as well coached as Brentford.

Lampard mistakes is not in this game but in previous games...Watford lost opportunity, losing away at Burnley, the Newcastle horror show...plenty of time where he keep trying different things until he decided recently to go allardyce/ancelotti style...I would be tempted though to give him a go even if its in the championship.
