Former Everton Centre Forward Duncan Ferguson steps into management.....

Mac, I could never do it. Even if I knew how to.

Your a better man than me TPBD and for that I applaud you.

For future reference, create 2 saved games and save the game after each match, that way if a result happens that you don't like you can just go back to the previous save and we'll never know so it's all for the good of the Fylde community.

Tell me, doctor, where are we going this time
Is this the 50's, or 1999
All I wanted to do, was play my guitar and sing
So take me away, I don't mind
But you better promise me, I'll be back in time
Gotta get back in time
Don't bet your future, on one roll of the dice
Better remember, lightning never strikes twice
Please don't drive at eighty eight, don't want to be late again
So take me away, I don't mind
But you better promise me, I'll be back in time
Gotta get back in time
Gotta get back in time
Get me back in time
Gotta get back in time
Gotta get back in time
Get back, get back
Get back Marty
Gotta get back in time
Gotta get back in time
Get back, get back

Can't wait for next season now, even though the season hasn't ended. I think we might be outright champions. We're absolutely shown the league who was the class act in the division in that late charge. No one could have seen that happening before Ferguson worked his magic.

Who is looking likely to come down to the division next year? No one who can touch us I would wager.

You can't go on thinking nothings wrong
Whose gonna drive you home
Tonight

You can drive me home in a 1985 Delorean if it means we can go back to 3 games to go from the end of the season

I'll have to edit my hash tag after listening to how to pronounce Fylde ffs

I don't think we could cope with another temporal paradox in Fylde after the last one. But I sure did enjoy Big Dunc and the Huck doing the Macarena with the European Cup in that reality. What a timeline!

Up the coasters!

Just start a brand new game mate. How I long to read about Danny Rowe scoring against the Dulwich Hamlet scum again *spits.

Danny Rowe will always be a Fylde legend. We have a very promising young side, Tyrone O'Neill scored 21 goals this season finishing second in the division by 1. Theres a lot to be hopeful for this coming season.

FYLDE END WITH TOP PERFORMANCE

kidderminster result.webp

Fylde walked out to a sell-out crowd at Mill Farm and put in a fantastic performance against struggling Kidderminster. Ferguson made a number of changes to the team that lost to Northampton Town; Denver Hume and Ian Patterson coming it at full back, Ryan East and Ryan Croasdale partnered in the centre and young Danny Smith played on the right wing. Danny Smith was a threat throughout the first half making dazzling runs forward keeping the ball close to his feet and was unable to find that breakthrough for a goal in the first half. The first goal came on the hour mark when Denver Hume challenged for a header winning the ball for Richie Ginnelly who turned and scored from 18 yards out. The breakthrough sparked Fylde on and Ginnelly got his second 8 minutes later, Danny Smith spotted Ginnelly on the edge of the 18 yard box and pinged a ball in front of him to score on his left foot into the bottom right corner. Fylde's attacking football was a joy to behold, the midfield linking up with the attacking unit and the full backs bombing on down the flanks creating width. Ferguson certainly implementing his style of play once again. Danny Smith was living up to his potential, a lofting ball over the defence into the path of O'Neill to which he finished coolly to the keepers right. Ginnelly almost got his hat-trick, man of the match Danny Smith putting the ball through for him but the keeper saved and turned the ball behind. Kidderminster grabbed a goal back and denied Fylde a clean sheet, the defence falling asleep at the corner and Bajrami just guided the ball in at the post. A fantastic result for Fylde overall and a nice victory to finish the season.

DF: The second half of the season has been great, we are disappointed to miss out on the play-offs this season and a few results that didn't go our way done us over in the end. Today, we played brilliant, we need to see more of that assurance in front of goal. Danny Smith will give Wright-Phillips competition next season on the right wing and Tyrone O'Neill just can't stop scoring. I want to thank the supporters today they were fantastic. They'll be here again in their droves next season and I hope they can push us on.
