Both Ambani brothers (who incidentally happen to despise each other) and Laskshi Mittal (although his 20% of QPR's prevents him from doing any more at the moment) have been thrown around in the media as interested in investing in clubs, who knows what to believe though.

I'd say 'made' could also imply the lovingly fashioned product of a skilled artisan...almost pre-industrial in nature; whereas 'manufactured' suggests mass produced with the help of machinery and a division of labour that makes the producer a mere wage slave. Therefore, the poster username 'madenotmanufactured' might mean that he/she is drawing attention to Evertonians being a quality good made by the hand of intelligent parents, whilst Liverpool supporters are cheap and nasty goods made by drones.
