Neiler

Player Valuation: £100m
Michael Bradley another link this morning and apparently Moyes has been out in Holland casting a personal eye over him. Looks to me as if he will need time to adjust to the pace of the prem from these clips.

I say get him, he looks to be quite good. IS going to need some work to adjust to Prem life, but based on when I have seen him play the the US MNT he has impressed me. Shouldn't break the bank to get either.

Whats his valuation then?

He's rated at £4.5 million. If he is good enough then at that price we must go for him. Even Championship players are more expensive these days

Thats true, but £4.5M will still be a sizeable chunk of our summer spending so its not peanuts.

Yeah good point. The debate about how much we will have to spend this summer has been going on for while but in fairness we all know where not going to have loads to spend. I think Moyes needs to buy from abroad this summer just for the sheer fact that English based players are being rated at pathetic prices. £12 mil for Stewart Downing still baffles me

We need players now that will come straight in the side and improve the team, and when buying from foreign clubs thats always a massive gamble

From what I have seen that to much for this guy - I'll admit that it is purely based on Neiler's links. He just looks to ordinary for me, but he does look to have a good eye for arriving late in the box - just like our Timmy.

I follow the national team(USA) and Bradley is the cream of the crop. In this day and time I think his upside is tremendous and he is young. This would be a shrewd acquisition. Everyone that plays in another league has to adjust to Prem play so that shouldn't be a big issue. This kid has the tools and he is a smart footballer. He may need a little time to gel so I don't believe he will give us immediate impact but you never know. Look what Freddie Sears did a couple of weeks ago. For me this is a positive move.

I will say this though he isn't my pick for what we need right away. We must get two very good quality midfielders that can raise our play to feed the Yak.

I'd definatly look at getting him. Probably not as a starter in his first season but someone who can come in do a job, play a few different roles and give us something different would be excellent.

If we have a decent budget this season then 4.5 million is nothing really. From what I've seen of him he looks a decent player. I watched him in the under 20 world cup and he was playing as a defensive midfielder whereas in Holland he plays the furtherest forward in a 5 man midfield similar to what Cahill plays for us. I think he could be a box to box midfielder in England.

As people have said not the finished article but he has the tools to be a decent player. He's also got experience playing in a European League which is alot better than playing in the MLS.

Lets be honest a midfielder who can run and pass would be useful to us. Certainly a step up from the Carsley's and Neville's of this world. I still think we need an experienced defensive midfielder but bringing Bradley in aswell as Fernandes is what I'd like to see.

Midfield is really the priority in the summer.

Looks very Cahill-esq but with better footwork.

We won't get him, but he'd be a cracker if we did.

Nothing to add as this is spot on.

He'd be a very useful addition.
