Honestly @Ashtonian you need to grow a pair of bollocks and stop being such a whiny little princess. It's a sore foot, that's it, I imagine it usually takes you about 18 months to accumulate 5 miles of walking so you're body is just in shock from condensing it into one morning.

If you end up on crutches for this then I hope you get impaled on one of them.
