Translation:- We couldnt give 2 sh*ts about 1 of the oldest business moving out of the borough so long as a neighbouring council (a labour one as opposed to lcc being LD) dont get a foothold in the region

Is there any evidence anywhere that LCC has ever acted in any way that could be construed as being actually 'in' the interests of Everton Football Club?
From lying about the availability of land in Stanley Park onwards they seem to have done nothing whatsoever positive to help the club.

The thing is. You are clearly passionate about Everton, which is respectable, you know a good deal about your subject and I agree with a lot of what you say at times.

Yet you slip and can't help yourself from saying really stupid things or insulting people at times. It doesn't help that you have previous all over this and other Everton forums, but just try and chill out a bit and the mood will change toward you.
You don't have to puff your chest out and start waving the troll hammer everytime someone disagrees with you or points out something contrary to your view.
Just be objective and count to ten before you post HB. We're all Evertonians and more importantly (mostly) scousers!

The thing is mate (and thanks for the positive things you said) if you look back i very rarely if ever start abuse off but i definitely don't accept it and respond in kind. I have had plenty of good discussions with the likes of TB, while we don't agree on subjects we don't resort to abuse neither

Everton only ever asked if they could build a car park to the GP side of the park, which is much more park like than where RS are building their stadium. Everton never asked to build a stadium there.

And anyone who thinks it's the LCC not willing to talk, go ask Richard Kemp about it. Everton didn't even return his calls for a year.
