Fixture list

I didn't know(until SSN told me this morning) that up to this season we've had more opening day home games 9!%) than any other club in the Prem. So we can't complain at being away. Always look forward to the season with a buzz...but this season has a special feeling about it...anyone else feel the same. The opening game at Norwich might show us more than usual which way we are heading.

Only disappointing thing is being away 1st game and last game. Good early fixtures though which is the main thing.

Im feeling it for sure! Very exciting times ahead..but disagree with norwich game. We have to look with longer perspective about where we are going.

Palace at Goodison in midweek FFS. (otherwise ours are ok aside from away at the Barcodes and Blunderland on successive Saturdays!) Start home to Spuz.
"Where's yer Gareth gone, where's yer Gareth gone?"

Also great news that the FA Cup final is back in its proper place at the end of the season!

Guess we may be resting a few players in our last match as we've already won the league and are looking for the double.

Is the a reason the Derby is always at ours first? Or is it just pure coincidence?

11 years in a row is a bit nuts.

Sky have input of all the fixture list they would not want four top team games played on one weekend they like them all spread put for coverage - they pay the clubs a fortune so must have input with the premier league on big games etc!

Derby still at GP first, but at least it's November when we've had a chance for Marty to set up his Spanish football masterclass.

We'll ****ing burst those bastards this year...I just know it.

I can't handle optimistic Davek, it's just wrong.

I'm seeing it as an omen, dave has obviously felt it in his water and had the conical flasks and bunsen burners out to test his it.
I'm lumping my tax credits on it before paddypower read his post.

Unless anyone out there can beat it (in a proper sentence relevant to this thread) I say the winner of the longest word of the day goes to toffee-fellaini.

Take a bow, son.

Midweek at the pit, the kopites go through even more of a Tatterdemalionisation before night games, they're not far off Stoke fans as it is but it'll be like Michael Jacksons Thriller vid if you go through Stanley Park in the dark that night.

At least this season we have a bit more of an even spread with home games, we seemed to go about 5 weeks without one about 3 times last season, then a clutch of them together with home cups added as well.
