I'm driving down with my 12 year-old lad - any recommendations on parking and/or tube and drinking?

Since theres been no reply yet, I can give a little input. I went there just to go on the stadium tour. You can take the tube to Arsenal stadium, as you walk out the station the stadium is almost right there, like a 2minute walk from the station. There also seemed to be a few places around right in front of the stadium, where 'The Armory' is.

Its a brilliant stadium, cushioned seats and all. Enjoy it!

Cushioned seats?

They'll be sticking lazyboys with armrests and footstools next.

***sounds boss though. Better than sitting in a ricketty seat at Goodison constantly headbutting the feller behind ya accidently when you sit down***

Park at Cockfosters and it's only like 3 stops from there. Finbury i think it's called or could get off at Arsenal.

Not sure on pubs, didnt go in one.

It's a nice ground but i prefer the real stadiums such as Goodison.

The corporate seats are like [Poor language removed] couches!!!

Holloway rd or arsenal tube stations, or drayton park main line is right outside the ground. Dont know where you can get a train to it from but could mean you could drive to outskits of london and get a quick train in which will save you the traffic and the nightmare of parking in highbury. The alwynne castle on st pauls rd is a good pub, you can drink outside so there's no bother getting your lad in and its 5 or 10 mins walk from the ground. Also the blackstock on the corner of seven sisters rd and blackstock rd is an away fans pub and again about 10 mins from the ground

soft arses:D

and only 1 obstructed view in the whole place, and very good of arsene to take it every game to allow the guests the best seats.
