The rating systems are dead weird.
Basically, anybody can apply to be a rater. And they just use all of that data to work out an average.
It's not based on any expert/knowledgeable analysis. You can edit them if you can be arsed and when I was younger and (a tiny but) nerdier I'd do to get a more realistic game.
